Real-time Cinematic MusicMaker

Conduct your film's score in real-time. Use Google's Lyria 3 model to stream infinite cinematic underscores, ambient beds, and dialogue themes directly in your browser.

Quick start

Conduct your score in three moves

MusicMaker is a live composer's workspace. It connects your creative brief to a high-fidelity audio streaming model with zero latency.

01

Brief the Model

Describe your scene's emotional arc. Choose from 10+ cinematic presets like Epic Trailer or Noir Thriller to set the tonal baseline.

02

Steer the Performance

Adjust BPM, Density, and Temperature in real-time. Use the DAW console to shape the mix with EQ and cinematic reverb.

03

Export the Master

Capture the live stream as a high-quality WAV master. Download and drop directly into your NLE or DAW for final assembly.

Methodology

Real-time Composition

Unlike traditional AI music, MusicMaker is not a 'batch' generator. It's a live instrument that responds to your steering directives as they happen.

The Audio Engine

We leverage Google Lyria 3's real-time capabilities to provide an uninterrupted stream of high-fidelity audio.

  • Lyria-Realtime The underlying generative backbone.
  • Streaming API Low-latency WebSocket delivery.
  • DAW Console In-browser DSP for final polishing.
  • Stem Filters Frequency-based separation for mixing.

Use Case Recipes

Select structural directives like Trailer Cue for dynamic builds or Dialogue Underscore for restrained, supportive beds that stay out of the way of speech.

Tip

A Gemini API key from Google AI Studio is required. Your key stays in your browser and is never stored on our servers.

Controls

Mastering the Console

Musical Steering

Fine-tune the Temperature to control creativity. Lower values keep the rhythm predictable; higher values introduce avant-garde complexity.

Density & Brightness

Control the arrangement's thickness. Low density is perfect for ambient beds, while high brightness helps lead melodies cut through the mix.

Instrument Palette

Select specific frequency roles: Bass, Melody, or Atmosphere. These steer the model's focus during the live performance.

Avoid Logic

Aggressively filter unwanted elements. Use "No Vocals" or "No Sudden Hits" to ensure the score remains usable for background underscoring.

DAW Console

Use the three-band EQ to carve out space for dialogue. Add Cinematic Reverb for deep spatial depth in epic cues.

Stem Isolation

Solo or Mute specific frequency bands. This allows you to audition different layers of the AI output as if you had access to the master multi-tracks.

Professional Workflow

Scoring Your Scene

The Multi-Session Strategy

Run three 30-second sessions with slight variations rather than one long stream. This gives you more options for your final edit.

Dialogue Ducking

Use the Low-Pass filter in the DAW console to push the music behind the character's voice during critical narrative moments.

Loop Generation

Select the "Ambient Loop" recipe for seamless beds. These are designed to be edited into infinite loops in your NLE with minimal cross-fading.

Stinger Design

Set Temperature to 2.0+ and Density to 1.0 for short, chaotic bursts. These make perfect stingers for horror or high-action transitions.
