NoteCut

Paste the notes. Get a marker file that lands on the right frame.

Client and producer notes with timecodes become import-ready markers for DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, and Final Cut — colored, commented, and offset to your timeline.

100% client-side — your notes never leave this browser.

01 Paste notes

One note per line. Any line with a timecode (1:23, 00:03:47, 01:00:12;05) becomes a marker.

Why the offset matters

01

Notes start at zero

Clients write against a review link — Frame.io, Vimeo, a QuickTime — whose clock starts at 00:00:00:00.

02

Your timeline doesn't

Resolve and Premiere sequences usually start at 01:00:00:00. Paste raw and every marker lands an hour off.

03

NoteCut reconciles it

Pick how the notes are timed; the review pane shows source TC beside the resulting timeline TC so you can eyeball it before export.

04

Import and go

Every note sits on the right frame, color-coded, with the comment attached — Resolve, Premiere, Avid, or FCP.
