CineQC finds what failed
Drop an AI-generated clip and CineQC scores it two ways. An automated pass covers temporal flicker, stutter, sharpness, and more, all in your browser. A broadcast scoring rubric that your eye drives covers what automation can't see: anatomy, morphing, physics, continuity. You get a defensible verdict of PASS, CONDITIONAL, or FAIL, with the specific frames and metrics that failed.

Step 2 · Repair
Shot Doctor repairs it
Shot Doctor diagnoses the failure across twelve categories, then does three things. It rewrites the prompt the way your model likes it (Kling gets a negative-prompt line; Runway and Veo get natural direction). It routes the retry to the model best-suited to the failure. And if you have hit this before, it surfaces the fix that worked last time with your personal hit-rate. Text triage runs locally with no key; optional AI visual diagnosis uses your own key.
Hand-off → Click “Re-QC In CineQC” to send the repaired prompt back for verification, or “Save To Vault” to remember the fix.

Step 3 · Remember
DVP Vault remembers the fix
Vault is the memory layer. Save a QC record or a repair and it becomes searchable production knowledge. Over time, a recurring failure stops being a problem you re-solve and becomes one you look up. Shot Doctor's fix memory reads from the same well, so “you've hit this before” is answered from what actually worked.
Loop closes ↺ A remembered fix feeds the next diagnosis, and the repaired retry goes back through CineQC. QC, Repair, Remember, then QC again.
