A runnable planner–workers–reduce–verify pipeline with typed contracts, bounded retries, a hard call budget, independent evidence verification, and structured traces.

Production evidence

Success is only one scenario.

Run the normal path, recover from a transient error, reject unsupported evidence, then exhaust the hard budget.

The reference workers are fixtures so control behavior is reproducible. Replace judgment nodes through adapters without moving budgets, validation, or publication gates into the model.
